• Elden Chang and George Regner have victimized hundreds of people over at least 10 years.
• Victims are located all over the world, mostly in the USA, but also in Canada, Europe and Asia.
• These two criminals have devastated the life of so many people, who have lost everything they own.
• A group of victims got together in February 2004 in the city of Las Vegas, to create a taskforce against Chang and Regner.
• Some of our group members came from New York, Texas, Florida, California and Nevada.
• Our group has grown over the year to about 200 victims now with a combined loss of over US $ 6 Million.
